For the numbers, USDA FoodData Central lists 100g of Medjool dates at 66.5g of total sugars (33.7g glucose and 32.0g fructose), 6.7g of dietary fibre and 696mg of potassium.

Grades of Palestine Medjool

Our Palestinian Medjool is sorted by size into grades set by the importer rather than by any international standard and the bigger grades suit gifts and hampers.

• Large is the smallest grade we list and its 5kg carton works out to RM50/kg when it is in stock.
• Jumbo has the most pack sizes in stock: a single 900g box, 12 × 500g and 8 × 900g.
• Premium Jumbo and Super Jumbo are sold in 5kg cartons.

How to store Medjool dates

Keep them in a closed container in a cool dry place or in the fridge if you want them to stay moist and keep their caramel taste longer.
