What Medjool dates are like

Medjool (also written medjoul) is a large date with very soft flesh and a rich caramel taste. The variety originated in Morocco. Ours comes from Palestine and is graded by size: the bigger and heavier the fruit, the higher the grade. For a fuller guide see our Kurma Medjool Palestine page.
